How does monthly rental setup work?
The owner confirms site availability, the monthly fee and access. All new leads from a rented site go only to its renter and cannot be bought by other painters. A rental does not promise a set number of calls or jobs. Requesting access does not start a rental or change phone routing.
Is each lead exclusive?
Yes. An offer goes to one eligible business at a time. Passing or expiry can move it to the next business. Once purchased, the inquiry is not resold. The homeowner can still contact or hire other companies themselves.
Does buying a lead guarantee a job?
No. You buy access to a project inquiry, not a booked job. The submitted details may be incomplete or wrong. You handle follow-up, estimates and winning the work.
Can I pay one lead at a time?
Yes. The buyer flow supports prepaid credit or individual checkout. There is no automatic buying or automatic refill. Live card payments are not yet enabled.
What if a lead has bad details?
Buyers can request lead credit within seven days for reasons such as false contact details, a duplicate project, wrong service, wrong area or spam. The owner reviews the evidence. Not winning the job does not by itself qualify. See the buyer terms for the full rules.
How long do I have to decide?
Offers last two business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific. Your dashboard shows the deadline. You can pass; an expired offer may move to another eligible business.
Can I try the dashboard here?
Yes. Open the demo with no login. Try sample painting leads and test credit, then reset to start over. It cannot send payments, email or calls, and it never changes a real buyer account.
