Privacy Policy
TradeLeo business inquiries collect your business name, contact details, service area, interest and message. The operator uses them to review availability and follow up. Business inquiries are not sold as homeowner leads. This form creates no payment or buyer account.
Updated October 19, 2026. This notice covers TradeLeo.co business inquiries, related lead services and the private owner and buyer dashboard. The related homeowner connection service is at painterstemecula.com.
What we collect
Quote requests include your name, phone number, optional email, project ZIP code, job details, timing and permission to contact you. We may save campaign labels from the link you used. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive information in the project description.
The dashboard stores account details, password hashes, authentication and security records, renter assignments, inquiry status and notes. It may contain call metadata, and recordings or transcripts supplied by authorized users. Recording or transcription of new calls is not enabled by the quote form.
Why we use it
We use requests to discuss your project, keep its history, route it to the right receiver and prevent duplicate requests. Account and security records protect dashboard access. We do not ask for payment through the quote form. A request does not hire a contractor.
Who can receive it
The service operator can access inquiries. In monthly rental mode, the current renter can access new inquiries assigned to that rental. In pay-per-lead mode, one painter at a time can see a short owner-reviewed preview without customer contact details. Full contact details and any private voicemail unlock only for the painter who pays for that exclusive inquiry. Pausing purchases does not remove access to purchased inquiries; access can still end if the account is disabled or the underlying records are removed under our retention process. Possible repeat projects may be held for operator review before sharing. The operator may charge that painter for access to the service and its leads. Sharing your request is part of this connection service; check the contact permission before submitting.
The public hosting provider processes site traffic. Twilio processes incoming calls, call metadata and any voicemail you choose to leave. Calls currently go straight to business voicemail. The operator downloads a private copy of voicemail audio for follow-up and backup. Authorized account users may download or export records they can access. Backups may be kept in separate operator-controlled storage. We may disclose records where needed to meet a lawful request or protect the service.
Painter payments and account notices
When painter payments are enabled, Stripe hosts card checkout for prepaid credit or individual lead purchases. The painter enters payment and billing details on Stripe. Our dashboard does not receive or store the full card number or card security code. It stores order and payment references, amount, currency, payment status, prepaid credit changes, purchased inquiries, agreed terms, credit requests and refund or payment-dispute records. We send Stripe the buyer, site and order references needed to match a payment; homeowner names, phone numbers, project messages and recordings are not included in our checkout metadata.
When email notices are enabled, Resend processes the painter account email address and a generic notice linking to the private dashboard. These notices do not include homeowner contact details or project messages. We store send status, attempts and provider message references. Provider acceptance does not prove the notice reached an inbox. Payment and notice features can remain off until their setup is complete; their current status appears in the private dashboard.
Browser storage and tracking
The quote form keeps a temporary token and saved reference in your tab’s session storage so reloads and retries can find the saved result. Contact details are not stored there. Dashboard sign-in uses a protected session cookie. Optional ad measurement is off until an assigned painter supplies tracking details and the service enables it. You can allow or decline it separately from permission to contact you. Declining, or using Global Privacy Control, keeps the quote form available without loading ad tags. If you allow it, Google Ads and/or Meta may receive a saved-quote event, a random event reference, ad click references, page details, IP address and browser or device information, and may use their own cookies. We do not put your name, phone, email or project description into those event payloads. Google website call measurement may show a forwarding number after an eligible ad click. A phone-link click alone is not proof of a completed call. You can change your choice under Ad privacy choices in the footer when optional ad measurement is enabled; this stops future sends but cannot recall events already sent. Search Console verification and sitemap submission do not add visitor tracking scripts.
Browser privacy signals
We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional ad measurement off. We do not use the older Do Not Track setting as a separate control. Without your separate choice to allow ad measurement, we do not load Google Ads or Meta advertising tags.
Storage and retention
The public service uses the operator’s hosted server and private dashboard. Data is kept for project follow-up, account operation and security. There is no automatic deletion schedule. The operator reviews retention and handles requests manually; records may remain in backup archives until those archives are replaced. Some information may need to remain for security, disputes or legal duties. We do not promise a fixed deletion date.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a request, decline a quote or ask the operator to stop contacting you. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask which painter received it. We may need to verify your identity before changing or disclosing a record. These requests are handled by the operator, not by an automated form.
Email legal@painterstemecula.com for privacy requests.
Call recording
Permission to discuss a quote is not permission to record a call. Live conversations are not recorded. Calls currently go straight to business voicemail. A greeting tells you that a voicemail message will be recorded before the beep. You can hang up instead or use the quote form. Messages are limited to two minutes and are not transcribed. Voicemail audio is stored at Twilio and as a private dashboard copy, including encrypted backups. Authorized users can play or download audio only for inquiries they can access. There is no automatic deletion; contact the operator about access or deletion requests.
Children and sensitive information
This service is intended for adults planning a painting project and authorized business account users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Updates
If the service changes its providers, tracking, sharing or retention practices, this notice must be updated before those changes are used. The date above identifies this version.
Free planning tools and photo previews
Tool inputs and color-preview photos are processed in your current browser page. Photos are not uploaded, attached to quote requests or included in server backups. Reloading clears tool drafts. Printing or downloading saves a copy on your device. If you choose to add a result to a quote, that text is editable and is sent only when you submit the quote form with contact permission. Your source tool page is saved with the request.
