Terms of Service
TradeLeo business inquiries collect your business name, contact details, service area, interest and message. The operator uses them to review availability and follow up. Business inquiries are not sold as homeowner leads. This form creates no payment or buyer account.
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms cover TradeLeo.co, business inquiries and the private owner and buyer dashboard. The related homeowner connection service and painting tools are at painterstemecula.com. TradeLeo is the service brand, not a painting contractor.
What the service does
We help homeowners describe a painting project and connect with an independent painting provider. We are not a painting contractor, employer of the painter or party to your painting contract. The site is free for homeowners to use. The operator may charge an assigned painter for access to the service and its leads.
Requests and estimates
Submitting a quote request or leaving a voicemail does not book work, set a price or guarantee that a painter is available. The operator and any assigned painter may follow up about the project using the details you provide and your contact permission. You can decline an estimate or ask us to stop contacting you. Availability, service area, scope, price, payment and schedule must be confirmed with the painter.
Choosing a painter
You choose whether to hire a provider. Check their license, insurance, references and written terms before hiring. The painter is responsible for the estimate, work, permits, materials, payment terms and any warranty they offer. We do not warrant or guarantee an independent provider’s work. Resolve project questions and work complaints with that provider; you can also tell us about an issue with the connection service.
Free tools and guides
Calculators, checklists, articles and color previews help you plan. Results depend on your inputs and the assumptions shown. They are not a contractor’s estimate, a property inspection, an HOA approval or a promise of a finished result. Check measurements, paint-label coverage, actual color samples and your association’s current requirements before acting. Screen colors can differ from paint in your home.
Images and project information
Site images illustrate painting ideas and do not establish that a provider completed the pictured job. Any project text or photo you supply must be yours to share or used with permission. The color-preview tool processes photos in your browser; it does not upload them. Do not put payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in quote descriptions.
Acceptable use
Use the service for real project planning or authorized business management. Provide accurate information and contact details you may use. Do not submit spam, impersonate someone, upload malicious files, scrape private records or try to bypass access controls. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service.
Private dashboard accounts
Use only the account and records you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in and recovery details private. Monthly-renter access follows the operator’s current assignment. A pay-per-lead buyer can access only their private offers and purchased inquiries, plus follow-ups the operator confirms belong to those projects. The operator can disable account access for misuse or security reasons. Pausing new purchases alone does not remove access to previously purchased inquiries. These public website terms do not create a rental agreement or set a painter’s subscription price; any rental arrangement is agreed separately.
Pay-per-lead buyer terms
These rules apply when your account is enabled for lead purchases, alongside your recorded price and buyer agreement. The operator reviews an inquiry before offering it. That review is an assessment of the submitted request, not a guarantee of identity, contact, budget, hiring intent or a completed job. Buying an inquiry does not guarantee a sale. You are responsible for following up, quoting and closing the work.
Each inquiry is offered privately to one eligible painter at a time. The offer shows its price and deadline. You may pass without charge. A passed or expired offer can move to another painter before purchase. Once purchased, the inquiry is not resold to a second painter, including after a credit. This does not stop a homeowner from contacting or hiring others. Use customer information only for the requested project; do not resell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
You can add prepaid credit or pay by card for one lead at a time. There are no automatic lead purchases, refills or card charges. Full details unlock after the service confirms payment. Pending card checkout stays reserved while its result is checked; a browser return page alone is not proof of payment. If a confirmed payment cannot unlock the intended lead, its value is recorded as credit for operator refund review. Prices are shown before payment and saved with the purchase. Later price changes apply only to future offers.
You may request a lead credit within seven days of purchase for a duplicate project, false contact details, wrong service, wrong area or spam. Explain the issue and provide evidence. Not winning a job, an unanswered first attempt or failure to follow up does not itself qualify. The operator records a credit or denial with a reason. Approved lead credits restore prepaid credit and do not automatically return money to your card. Proven system errors can be reviewed by the operator after the normal window.
You may request a refund of unused purchased credit from an eligible payment in the dashboard. The requested amount is reserved so it cannot also buy leads. The operator reviews the request and records its result. Money is returned only when a refund is completed through Stripe; submitting a request alone does not issue a refund. Before processing starts, you can cancel the request. Stopping purchases does not silently forfeit your credit. Payment disputes and confirmed refunds may pause new purchases while the operator reconciles the balance.
Monthly rental is a separate option. In that mode, one renter receives new inquiries under their separate rental agreement; individual leads are not also sold through pay-per-lead checkout. Changing modes does not move previously purchased inquiries to a new painter. Calls remain on business voicemail for pay-per-lead intake.
Privacy and voicemail
Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, provider access, browser storage, optional ad measurement, backups and privacy requests. Contact permission and optional ad measurement are separate choices. Live conversations are not recorded by this service. Calls currently go straight to business voicemail; the greeting gives a recording notice before the beep. You may hang up or use the quote form instead.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the service useful and available, but outages, errors and outdated information can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular project, price or business outcome. Nothing in these terms takes away rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the version. Material changes will be posted here. If we change a separate rental agreement, that agreement’s own change terms apply.
